Chocolate
Chip Cookies 2
| 1 c butter
1 c sugar 1 c brown sugar 2 eggs 1 t Vanilla 2 c flour 2½ c oatmeal, blended to a fine powder ½ t Salt 1 t Baking powder 1 t Soda 12 oz. chocolate chips 9 oz. milk chocolate bar, chopped Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs
and vanilla; mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add
chocolate chips and chocolate bar. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart
on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375º F. for 8 to 10 min. Makes 4½
dozen cookies.
