Salad 2
| Break up head of cauliflower in small
flowers (bite size) in the bottom of an 8 x 8 sealable plastic container.
. Add in layers: 1/3 cups celery 1/3 cups green pepper 1/3 cups onion Toss well. Pour 1 pint mayonnaise over above. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup bacon bits. Cover well. Refrigerate overnight. |
