Sweet Potato Casserole
| 6 medium sized sweet potatoes or yams
1 cup orange juice ½ cup granulated sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 cup cubed leftover ham Wash potatoes and boil until tender. Peel
and cut in halves lengthwise, Place in buttered baking dish with cubed
ham. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake about 1 hour
in slow (300° F.) oven, basting with syrup in dish several times.
