Brussels Sprouts And Carrots
 
 
¾ pound Brussels sprouts 
1½ cups diced carrots 
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine 

Clean Brussels sprouts and soak in salted water for 10 Minutes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes. Bring carrots to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Combine vegetables and seasonings.
