| 1½ cup warm water
1 package dry yeast (2¼ teaspoons) 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 4¼ cups flour 1 egg, beaten In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
until a firm dough is formed. Roll pieces of dough into logs about ½
inch thick and 4 inches long. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops
with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425° F. for12-15 minutes
or until golden brown.
