Borden’s
Pie
| 1 – 15 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
12 graham crackers, crushed 1 cup chopped nuts 3 eggs, well beaten 1 cup sugar Place unopened can of sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan and cover completely with water. Place over medium heat and slowly bring to a boil and boil for 3 hours, keeping can well covered with water. Cool. In a bowl, combine the crackers, nuts, eggs and sugar and spread evenly in a 9 inch pie plate or 8x8 inch square baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 325° F. Cool. Open cooled can of condensed milk and pour
over graham cracker crust and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with
whipped cream.
