| 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. flaked coconut |
1/4 tsp. vanilla
food coloring dash of salt |
| In mixing bowl with wooden spoon, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, blending thoroughly. Beat in vanilla and salt. Add food coloring to tint a light green. Add coconut and refrigerate. Cover in mixing bowl for 1 hour. Shape and roll in balls. |
