Banana Split Cake
 
 
First: Layer:
2 c. graham crackers
¼ c. sugar
1 stick margarine, softened

Blend and mold to pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Second Layer:
2 c. confection sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix until. smooth and then pour over cooked crust.

Split 4 to 5 bananas length-wise. Add bananas and 2 cans drained crushed pineapple and then top with cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed pecans.
