| 1 frying chicken, cut up
1 cup uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 cup water 1 chopped green pepper (optional) Put 1 cup uncooked rice evenly on the bottom of a 13"x9" baking pan. Lay pieces of chicken on top of the rice, with no treatment, just the raw chicken. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 350° F. |
