Tortoni
| 1/4 sugar
3/4 milk 3/4 c. macaroon crumbs |
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract |
| Stir sugar into milk. Add 1/2 cup crumbs.
Soak one hour. Stir well and fold in whipped cream. Blend in vanilla and
almond extract.
Fill 8 paper cups or plastic molds with mixture, topping each with remaining crumbs. If using paper cups, place cups into muffin pans. Freeze. Makes 8 servings. |
