Roll From Leftovers
| 2 cups cooked beef, ground
2 tablespoons onion, minced 2 tablespoons green pepper, if desired 1 teaspoon parsley, finely cut ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Gravy (canned or homemade) Biscuit dough Combine meat and seasonings with enough
gravy to make a paste that will spread. Roll the biscuit dough into a rectangular
sheet about 1/3 inch thick. Spread with beef mixture and roll like a jelly
(or cinnamon) roll. Cut in slices about an inch thick and bake in a hot
oven (400° F.) for about 30 minutes or until well browned. Serve with
