Bean & Sausage Stew
 
2 lbs. smoked sausage, diced 
1 lb. hot sausage, diced 
1 large onion, chopped 
1 15 oz. can rinsed and drained black beans 
1 15-oz. can rinsed and drained navy beans 
1 15 oz. can rinsed and drained pinto beans 
1 15 oz. can rinsed and drained butter beans 
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce 
1 29 oz. can diced tomatoes 
1 15 oz. can of corn, drained 
2 cups of beef broth 
¼ cup fresh parsley 
½ t garlic powder 
½ t Cajun seasoning 
½ t pepper ¼ t salt 
1/8 t red pepper flakes 

In large Dutch oven on stove top, brown sausages and onions together and drain. Add remaining ingredients, cook and stir for 10-15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes 12 servings
