| 1 No. 2 can red kidney beans
1 cup diced celery 4 sweet pickles, cut fine 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 small onion, minced (optional) Mayonnaise Salt and pepper Drain liquid from beans. Mix all ingredients
except mayonnaise until well blended. Then fold in mayonnaise to give proper
consistency, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
