Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Appetizers
 
16 cooked shrimp 
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1½ teaspoons chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
8 bacon slices, cut in half

Dip shrimp into a mixture of melted butter, chili powder, and garlic. Wrap shrimp in half slices of bacon and fasten with wooden toothpicks. Place on rack in broiler pan and broil 3 inches from source of heat about 5 minutes. Brush with butter sauce and continue broiling about 5 minutes. Serve with cold chili dip. 

Chili Dip
¾ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1½ teaspoons grated onion
1 tablespoon chili powder 
1 hard cooked egg, chopped

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Chill and serve with the shrimp.
