Baked Carp Paprika
 
 
3 pound carp
Salt and pepper 
½ cup sliced onions 
1 pint sour cream
1 tablespoon paprika
¼ cup butter or margarine

Clean and skin fish; wash thoroughly and dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper; put in buttered baking pan. Pile sliced onions on top; cover fish with blended sour cream and paprika. Bake in moderate oven (325° F.) for one hour or until fish loosens from bones when tested with fork. Baste with melted butter during baking.
