Apple Nut Cake
 
 
4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar.

Mix and let stand for 40 minutes

Then add:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix, then add:
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Stir. Let sit 30 minutes more. Preheat oven at 350º for five minutes. Bake in a bundt or tube pan for 55 to 65 minutes.
