Apple
Dapple Cake
| 3 eggs
1 c vegetable oil 2 c sugar 3 c flour 1 t salt 1 t baking soda 2 t vanilla 3 c apples, finely chopped 1 c pecans, chopped Combine eggs, oil, and sugar, and mix well.
Combine flour, salt, soda and sift gradually into mixture. Add vanilla,
apples, and pecans. Put in tube or Bundt pan greased well. Bake at 350°
F. for 1 hour or until done. Done when toothpick inserted into cake comes
out clean.
