Spinach
Dip
| 1 - 9 oz. package, frozen spinach
8 oz. package cream cheese ½ c plain yogurt 1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 t cayenne pepper 1 t salt Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain thoroughly. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
Chill several hours before serving with vegetables or chips. Makes 1 2/3
cups.
