7-Up
Pound Cake
| 1 c butter
½ c shortening 3 c sugar 5 eggs 3½ c flour 1 can 7-Up soda 1 t vanilla ½ t lemon juice Cream butter and shortening. Mix together
sugar, eggs, flour, 7-up, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix together all ingredients
until well blended. Cook in the middle of a 325° F. oven for 1½
hours, or until done.
