| 2 lbs. stew beef
1 c. sliced carrots 1 medium onion, sliced 1 large potato, sliced ½ to 1 pkg. frozen or canned peas 1 can cream of mushroom soup (diluted, with ½ c. water) salt, pepper to taste 1 bay leaf Combine all in a two-quart covered baking dish. Bake for five hours in 275° oven. |
