Dish Turkey Dinner
| 1 T flour
½ tsp. sugar ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. thyme leaves 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper ½ c. chili sauce 1 - 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut-up 1 lb. uncooked turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 4 pieces 4 ears frozen corn-on-the-cob 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces In large skillet, combine flour, sugar,
salt, thyme and cayenne pepper. Stir in chili sauce and tomatoes;
blend well. Arrange turkey pieces and corn in skillet; spoon tomato
mixture over turkey and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 18-20 minutes or until -turkey is no longer pink and thoroughly
cooked. Stir in green pepper. Cover; simmer for an additional
3-5 minutes or until green pepper is crisp-tender.
