Minute Cranberry Sauce
| 4 cups cranberries
2 cups water 2 cups sugar Boil sugar and water together five minutes, then add cranberries and boil without stirring until all the skins pop open. This will take about five minutes. Remove from heat and serve when cold. VARIATIONS: Add chopped celery and nuts;
and/or mandarin oranges; or a teaspoon of fresh chopped mint, and a few
drops of mint extract.
